(1) Introduction

IHEYO had an ambitious Action Plan for the year 2009 with great expectations and projects.
Realistically, not all projects or plans were realized but a great measure of success was registered.

soon we will have our General Assembly 2010 which leads us furthermore to the announcement of new elections for becoming a member organisation of IHEYO or a member of the Executive Committee (EC).
